  1. Avoiding deep and meaningful connections (like marriage, close friendships, and staying in touch with family)
  2. Sitting all day
  3. Never stopping to just breathe
  4. Not joining a religion — or otherwise becoming part of a community
  5. Ignoring your creative abilities
  6. Spending all day indoors
  7. Spending your time consuming instead of contributing
  8. Working in a job that you don’t love
  9. Eating alone
  10. Believing that you are unworthy of health, happiness, and love

It seems every list like this contains a couple core themes:

  1. Find what you love doing and do it for a living (until it kills you)
  2. Find people you love being with and be with them
